Important Information For Clients Regarding COVID-19 Virus

Due to concerns about the novel coronavirus and related disease (COVID-19), we are taking additional precautionary measures (per the recommendations of the CDC) within the hospital to keep our staff, doctors, animals, clients, and visitors safe, while continuing to provide essential patient care.

Book An Appointment

We have increased our sanitizing protocols around the hospital for client and staff safety to allow us to remain OPEN.

Our primary goal is to stay healthy, keep others around us healthy, and continue to provide service throughout the duration of this pandemic. Our veterinarians and veterinary team all wear masks during appointments. We recommend that clients also wear masks when coming into the building. If you are experiencing any symptoms, we ask that you please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

Curbside-Service Only

Please note that at this time Northwest Animal Eye Specialists is providing curbside-only services.

When you arrive at our clinic with your pet, please call us to let our staff know that you have arrived. When it's time for your pet's appointment, a member of our staff will escort your pet into our clinic to be examined by one of our vets. Your vet will call you to discuss your concerns, findings from the examination, and available treatment options.

Once your pet's appointment is complete, we will bring your pet back outside to you.

Online Pharmacy

For clients who do not want to travel into the clinic, please utilize our Hospital’s Online Pharmacy. This can be a great resource to ensure proper social distancing, but still provides the necessary medications and nutritional products.

Thank you for all your dedication and support during these challenging times! Please reach out with any questions.
